Okay so what next?

We have a system of online registration where you register your intent to participate in any or all of ZIP, ZAP & ZOOM categories as below:

Zip: All cars for novice drivers
Zap: Modified cars and all pro drivers
Zoom: Bikers heaven

As soon as you register a system generated email will be sent to you confirming your registration and assigning you a unique registration code. This email will contain details like number of slots you have booked, the total fee payable and payment instructions. You are required to pay the fee within four working days to confirm your entry. After payment please intimate the details to us to convert your registration in to a confirmed entry.

You will also get – appended – with registration confirmation email a pre-filled entry form in PDF format. Please print and sign this form. Bring this print out with you on the event day along with:

  • two visa size photographs
  • copy of vehicle(s) papers
  • copy driving license
  • copy of payment proof
  • copy of FMSCI license (if any – see below)
  • copy of High Risk personal accident insurance cover (if any – see below)
  • copy of High Risk vehicle insurance cover (if any – see below)

If you do not have FMSCI license cover do not fret.  At the event venue you can fill in one event FMSCI license form and participate at no extra cost. We also organize high risk personal accident cover for all participants for value of INR2lac as part of entry fee. For vehicle insurance cover you can sign off a waiver form and participate.

ADVISORY: It is highly recommended that you take high risk vehicle insurance cover for duration of the event as normal insurance policy may not cover any accidental damage incurred while participating in the event. Signing off the waiver is only to confirm to organizers that you are aware of this risk 

Bring all paper work to the Race Office at the venue to get your Race Card.  You have option to participate in various groups / classes within category of your competition. This declaration will have to be given by you at the race office at time of collecting race card. You can change vehicle or group or class anytime up to the time of getting your Race Card.

After you get the race card your vehicle needs to undergo scrutiny  and cards stamped for approval from Scrutineer. Please read supplementary regulations to make sure you are ready for scrutiny and have all safety equipment like approved helmets etc. with you. You can race only if your vehicles clears scrutiny. The scrutiny bay is open till the race gates are open and it is your responsibility to ensure that you clear the scrutiny in time.

There is no start order. You may race anytime, at your convenience, within the opening and closing of race gates for your category. Anytime you want to race just join the queue at start gate. Gate time are announced in the supplementary regulations of the event and also at the Race Office. If you do not turn up or unable to race within this time window you race is considered to be forfeited.
